Custom orders must be paid for in advance. ANY CHANGES to the listing are considered a custom order. A special link will be provided for your listing. Once the item has been purchased - the item will be completed within 1-3 weeks, depending on the time of year, difficulty of the pattern and placement in the queue. My shop offers one of a kind items, therefore I rarely have multiple products. I do not offer lay away. I do not reserve products. I do not sell patterns. All items are shipped by USPS. ( Very large oversized packages are sent FedEx - if it is less expensive) The items are shipped standard post or the cheapest rate available with tracking- unless ETSY runs a promotion to guarantee fastest delivery - then I must comply in order to prevent penalties imposed by ETSY. When I combine shipping, I will reimburse for shipping overages. If the total weight of the combined shipping purchases exceeds 5 pounds - the order will be shipped in separate packages to keep shipping costs as economical as possible. Please contact me with any shipping upgrades you want. I will ship your order as soon as it is ready for the quickest was in the shipping allowance provided - however - I have no control over the USPS and their delivery of the parcels. IF an item is lost - contact the post office with your tracking number so they can help you locate it.[https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm] **Speak with the supervisor and let them know that you need them to send an e-mail to the last know location and that you need an NDC PACKAGE INQUIRY.
